Oil production The basic requirement for production is high quality base oils, additives and syntheses that are delivered from various European refineries by tank truckThe base oil and the specific additives are mixed in one of the ten mixing units through a sophisticated system of pumps and pipelines. The additives are added to the base oil (a process known as bending) on the basis of defined recipes, with the whole process being controlled electronically.
Grease production Conventional lubricating grease is manufactured in two open “boiler tanks” and in the so-called autoclave, and also in several cold mixing units. The grease is given its smooth texture by means of controlled cooling. The homogenisation process takes place in high performance colloid mills. The subsequent ventilation and filtration processes complete the production process.
Containers The product is placed in the most diverse container sizes and types in the very latest filling plants, which can be reset in a very short time. This flexibility enables the products to be placed in the most diverse sizes of containers, to which the individual labels of our customers can then be applied.
Logistics The logistics system is designed to allow the containers and loose goods to be supplied to anywhere in the world either on our own trucks or using the services of reliable contract partners
