EU Data protection

How we can publish your photos

A topic that concerns us all and will bring major changes: The amendment to the EU data protection law means that in future there must be a more transparent way of recording, managing and archiving personal data. This will have major effects on the publishing of our monthly company magazine (but also other published media).

From May 25, 2018, a completed declaration of consent must be attached with all the photos you send us. Without this declaration of consent, we are not allowed to publish the contents. We would therefore kindly ask you to do the following: Help us comply with this new regulation and keep the design of PICTURES AND STORIES so interesting and entertaining as ever before!

Image captures

Whether at trade shows, events, in workshops or stores: From now on, we require a completed declaration of consent from everyone on the photo, otherwise we cannot publish it. This form will be available to download from our Internet pages before May 25, 2018 (when the General Data Protection Regulation takes effect).

Information

Along with the declaration of consent, please send us the following information attached to the photo: Who is on the photo (first/last names + job description from left to right)? Where was it taken? On what occasion? The more details you can provide, the more likely your photo will be published in PICTURES AND STORIES.

Completeness

If you send us your files by e-mail to bug@liqui-moly.de, don’t forget to attach the completed declaration of consent form as a pdf file. Ideally, you should upload the forms onto our online platform which we will be presenting soon.

Done!

If you have attached the declaration of consent forms, all the information has been provided and we receive it before the editorial deadline, there is nothing stopping your article appearing in the next PICTURES AND STORIES. Continue inspiring the worldwide LIQUI MOLY family with your photos of exciting events and inspiring ideas despite the new regulations which will apply in the future.
