The product range factor
Our extensive range and our quality have been known worldwide for decades. We offer lubricants for passenger cars, commercial vehicles and industry, including numerous special products such as synthetic industrial gear oils. In addition, we play an important role in the field of motor oil development and production, e.g. with oils for low-speed pre-ignition (LSPI) and fuel economy oils that reduce fuel consumption.
The capacity factor
We are constantly investing in the expansion of our production capacity: Our tank farms now have a capacity of 18 million liters and our raw materials and formulation tanks extend to over 140 storage tanks. A state-of-the-art matrix distributor guarantees an efficient material flow. Innovative technology ensures optimized work processes and enables the filling of containers ranging from small 250 ml canisters up to large 205 l containers.
The quality factor
Thanks to long-term partnerships, we secure the supply of high-quality base oils, additive packages and all other ingredients for production. In addition, research and development takes place in our own excellently equipped laboratory. The quality of our products is also regularly monitored here. This begins with the selection of all raw materials. Only the finest ingredients make it into our production stream. So that you get only the very best quality. From receipt to shipment, we subject all raw materials and end products to strict checks. Furthermore, the certifications according to DIN EN ISO 9001 Quality, DIN EN ISO 14001 Environment and DIN ISO 45001 Occupational health & safety underline that we are aware of our responsibility in every respect.
The Code of Compliance represents an “orientation guide” and expresses the LIQUI MOLY Group’s understanding of values.
